Transcripts Requests

• If you are a 2017 graduate or prior requesting a High School transcript, we have to direct you to the Polk County School District’s webpage for ordering transcripts at: http://polkfl.scriborder.com/
• For a Polk State College Official Transcript (College Level) request please review the steps at this page: http://xoml.cnof86.com/admission-aid/admissionsteps/transcript-requests/
